Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. It is information that can be individually assigned to you. Examples include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and also your IP address.

3. Contact with A&F
If you contact us, the data you provide will be processed for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry and for follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
If your personal data are no longer required and/or there are no legal retention periods that prevent their deletion, we will delete them.
The data processing is carried out in accordance with Art 6 Para. 1 lit a and/or Art 6 Para. 1 lit b DSGVO.
4. Processing of data on the website
When using the website, we collect certain information (see "Server log files"). Through the use of cookies, we also automatically collect data (see "Cookies - General").
5. Server log files
Your browser automatically transmits information (browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address) to the provider of our website. This provider automatically collects and stores this information in so-called server log files.
The information stored in the server log files is used to ensure a smooth connection and comfortable use of the website as well as to evaluate system security and stability. If we become aware of any indications of illegal use, we have the right to check this information retrospectively. We do not combine this information with other data sources.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO. The legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above.
6. Cookies in general
Our website uses "cookies". Cookies are small files that can be stored on the end device of the website visitor. This increases the user-friendliness of the website. The cookies we use remain in the cookie file of your browser until you leave our website. After that, they are automatically deleted.
You can prevent cookies from being set at any time by adjusting your browser settings. You can also delete cookies that have already been set via your browser at any time. However, we would like to point out that under certain circumstances not all functions of our website can be used to their full extent.
7. Cooperation with third parties
If, in the course of our processing, we disclose data to other persons and companies (processors or third parties), transmit it to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this will only be done on the basis of legal permission, if you have consented, if a legal obligation provides for this or on the basis of our legitimate interests.
We contractually oblige all processors to comply with the applicable data protection regulations on the basis of Art. 28 DSGVO.
8. Data security
In order to protect your (personal) data from unauthorised, illegal or accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation, we use appropriate technical and organisational measures.
However, it cannot be ruled out that other persons may view or use information that you disclose to us digitally.
We expressly point out that we accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorised access by third parties.
9. Automated decision making
We do not use automated decision making or profiling.
10. Subsequent changes to this data protection declaration
If the relevant legal situation or case law changes, we are entitled to adapt and/or amend this data protection declaration accordingly at any time and without prior notice. The version available on our website at any given time is the valid version.
11. Rights in connection with personal data
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data (see in detail Art. 15 of the Data Protection Regulation), to demand the correction (see in detail Art. 16 of the Data Protection Regulation), the deletion (see in detail Art. 17 of the Data Protection Regulation), the restriction of processing (see in detail Art. 18 of the Data Protection Regulation) as well as the transfer of data (see in detail Art. 20 of the Data Protection Regulation).
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances (see in detail Art 21 of the GDPR).
If the processing of personal data is based on consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time (see in detail Art 7 (3) of the GDPR); the revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
You can address all requests to the contact details mentioned under point 2 (e.g. by e-mail, letter), stating your request. In order to protect your privacy and security, we are entitled to check your identity before taking any of the above measures.
Of course, we are also available to you at any time for a discussion or information on matters concerning your personal data. Should you nevertheless be of the opinion that the processing of your personal data is unlawful, you can contact the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible.
In case of doubt or discrepancy between the German and the English version, the German Version prevails.
